A: Go to ebay.com. Search wedding cake toppers or personalized wedding cake toppers. They have some stores that sell them on ebay that are too cute. CONGRATS!

My wedding theme is beach and dolphins. I am looking for a cake topper that is dolphins. I want to find something that is 2 dolphins jumping out of water and coming together into a heart. I want to submit a picture that has a specific idea and i want figurines built to match the photo for use as a wedding cake topper.

A: I think it would be cool (if you know someone who is artistic) to use clay to make wedding toppers. Paint them, glaze them, make them very pretty. Hmm… I am not sure if they would be too heavy, though.

Q: ideas for wedding cake toppers?
I’m planning a wedding and I want to find a leprechaun and a grizzly bear for cake toppers. It’s an inside joke. Any ideas?

A: Check out etsy.com. There are a ton of artists selling their crafts and will custom make things for you. The link below is to one that does school mascots, but I’m guessing she could easily make you what you want. You can email the artist and ask her questions. It’s not cheap (the one pictured is $100), but it will be a one of a kind keepsake.

Q: What store sells wedding cake toppers?
I need a cake topper for Sunday and I need to get it from a store since it will take long if I order it online. Is there a store that has a good selection?

A: Walmart. Look in the wedding section. Target has some too, but Walmart has a better selection.

You can also get them in the cake department of most grocery stores, any art supply store as long as it sells cake decorating items (JoAnn Fabrics)

The ones at grocery stores will be cheap plastic. Craft stores will be hit and miss, because they tend to have small inventory. Big box stores will be your best bet. Walmart has Plastic, Ceramic, and occasionally metal ones. They also have fabric and paper decorations. You’ll find the little bride and groom figures, bells, I think I saw a little wedding gazeebo yesterday.

Q: Whats a good website to find wedding cake toppers?
I just can’t find any GOOD ones. I’m a brunette, my fiance is a brunette. All of the figurines have blond/light brown hair and our hair is dark. I go to the websites and try to customize them, & can’t. Plus all of the toppers are all the same on ALL of the websites.

Q: Is there a place that makes custom wedding cake toppers?
My fiance and I met rock climbing and would like our wedding cake topper to be the two of us climbing up the side of the cake. Searching online, I can only find the groom climbing the side and the bride being victorious on top; would prefer us both climbing, even if I am a better climber than he is! :-)

Q: Where can I find cheap Wedding Cake Toppers?
I don’t need anything fancy. I just want a topper for less than $15. I also need to be able to get it by mid-March.

A: You can look on oriental trading. They have cake toppers in that price range. And you would definitely have it by then.

Ebay is also a great place. They have several to choose and you can find them pretty cheap. My fiance’ and I bought ours off of ebay.

If not, check your local stores. Some party city stores have wedding items. Good luck!!
